Corporate Social Responsibility

Giving back to our communities

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of XLPLUS Security Services core values and is an integral part of member engagement. It is a crucial element in our professional lives and we take this commitment very seriously.

CSR

OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR COMMUNITIES

Our CSR programme is driven by a committee that ensures this is robust, sustainable, and complies with XLPLUS Security Services CSR Policy and Companies Act 2013, an India government policy that mandates qualifying companies to spend a percentage of their profit towards CSR.

Our CSR initiatives are designed to engage our professionals in socially responsible projects and help them live their goals as good corporate citizens in the communities where we live and work.

To help drive our commitment in supporting our communities, XLPLUS Security Services has set these objectives with a primary focus on education:

We promote initiatives in STEM and provide scholarship, mentoring and internship opportunities to students. Additionally, we focus on creating platforms that promote women entrepreneurship and innovation from women in technology.
We support our professionals’ CSR initiatives that enable social innovation and address challenges in their communities through technology.
We build strategic partnerships with clients by leading CSR projects and collaborating with them to increase impact, scale and sustainability of all initiatives.
We assess, mitigate and address environmental and sustainability risks and contribute to relief and rehabilitation programs in times of need.
